"We reach target customers in a number of ways and settings, from traditional office environments to less traditional places."
-Catherine Ottaviano President, What She Thinks®
Personal Perspectives At What She Thinks®, we go where women are and where they’ll feel comfortable opening up - in their homes, while shopping, amidst friends, or brought together to share ideas and opinions. We engage with forthcoming women who are put at ease to share their opinions and ideas.
Our meeting places have included a Soho loft, a yoga studio, a backyard patio, a mom-and-child playgroup and a nightclub.
Her Turn A nationally representative panel of women is available to clients for quick turnaround of answers.
House Calls Taking a cue from Avon, What She Thinks® arranges in-home discussion sessions with your target customers. A “host” consumer invites her friends and neighbors to a What She Thinks® session, usually in the evening. Recalling the “birds of a feather” adage, we are repeatedly assured of assembling women from similar backgrounds but with a variety of thoughts and opinions on your brand or product.
Workforce Perspectives Within organizations of all types, we converse one-to-one with women employees – from those in top management on down to support staff – to gain their collective perspective and to provide management with ideas that will maximize retention and productivity.
Strategy Development and Consulting With client input, we develop a top-shelf, strategically-driven marketing plan or serve as collaborators. Consulting services include such areas as developing communications strategies, and customer-and-client idea generation.
Creative Services What She Thinks® provides communications tools based on the research and strategy phases, to insure that your message doesn’t get lost in translation.
Bringing together a group of highly experienced writers and art directors/ designers with extensive experience in a variety of categories driven by women consumers, What She Thinks® can take your marketing effort from the learning phase through execution.
