What She Thinks Develops a Successful Approach to
Uncovering Women's Buying Motivations


What She Thinks, LLC, a marketing consulting and research firm that helps clients tap into the enormous buying power of American women, has developed a proven approach to uncovering women's purchasing motivations. Called SUREPower SM, the technique was developed as a
result of countless hours spent with women in pursuit of their true underlying motivations for selecting one store, brand, or service over all others available to them.

President and Founder Cathy Ottaviano has herself devoted many years to the process, which involves a combination of daily-life immersion, observation and strategic interpretation of research findings. "Over the more than twenty years that I have been researching women as consumers and uncovering their motivations for decisions, I have found that purchase motivations can be best understood from a structured approach to research and analysis.
